JustLots provides two services: Property Posting and Secure Search.

What is Property Posting?

Property Posting allows you to list the property you want to sell by providing detailed information about the lot, subdivision, development, or available land, such as:

Property Posting

How do I post a property?

First an account must be set up by clicking on the "Post Now" or "Learn More Now" from the Home Page

There is a nominal fee for the Property Posting service. Each property can be posted for $14.95 per month. This fee is typically a fraction of advertising in a newspaper, magazine, or other publication.

How do I pay for posting a property?

You create a secure subscription account through our PayPal payment gateway.

What is a property type?

A property is classified as:

• Land - a contigious piece of property (no limit to acreage)
• Developments- a parcel of land that is currently being developed into a residential subdivision
• Individual Residential Lot - a single family residential lot either in a subdivision or stand alone (there is no limit to the size of the lot)
• Subdivision Lots - multiple residential lots within the same subdivision.
• Recreational Lots - lake, river, mountain, beach, ski, or hunting
• Commercial / Industrial Lots - any lot or land for commercial or industrial use

What types of properties can be posted on the site?

We post all types of properties including land, residential, commercial, industrial, and recreational lots - any vacant property.

What if I need help entering information?

How do I attach documents and pictures?

After a property has been posted, you then login to edit that property and click on the pictures or documents to upload.

How do I get a plat or septic letter?

Local county building and Environmental Health offices should be able provide the information or direct you to the proper source.

Can I make changes to information about my property?

Once a property has been posted, you login to your account and click on the "Edit My Postings," then select the property you want to edit then you can make changes to any information, documents or pictures.

Secure Search

Is there a fee for using secure search?

Secure Search is a free service that allows interested buyers to search for all types of vacant property.

How can I search for a property or lot?

Just use the interactive map to identify the state you want to search. Click on the state where you're searching for property. Then click on the Find-A-Lot tab and follow the prompts to indicate your selections. Then sit back and review the results.

What does it mean to register as a Secure Searcher?

Register as a Secure Searcher to receive e-mail prompts when property meeting your specifications has been posted. You'll be promptly linked to property that meets your needs.

Can I save my property searches?

Click on the Saved Search Login banner, create a free account, or login. Once you have search results you want to save, click on the Save Search button at the top of the Search page. You can then name your search page for reference.

Can I receive notices by e-mail when new properties are listed?

Once you have saved a search, you can receive e-mail notices when property is posted that meets the same criteria.

Are you real estate agents or brokers?

No. We are a marketing service designed to aid builders, developers, Realtors®, and individuals to sell and/or search for land, residential and commercial lots, recreational property, and commercial and industrial property.

Can Realtors® use your site?

Yes, our site is designed for everyone's use.

Can real estate agents and brokers list property for sale?

Yes, we encourage real estate professionals to use our site as another marketing tool such as the MLS and real estate books.

Can I list my property if it is listed with a real estate agent?

Yes, you can disclose that the property is listed with a Real Estate Agency.

Can I list a house for sale?

There are many sites to market homes for sale, our website is established for individuals or companies looking to buy or sell land. The value to a buyer should be in the land not the house.

Who handles the contract and sale of the property?

If a Realtor® is not involved, you should seek proper legal advice and representation.

Do I need to be a real estate agent or real estate broker to list my property?

No, anyone can list property.

Can bank-owned properties or foreclosures be posted on the site?

Yes, anyone with property to sell can use our site.

Who can post or advertise property?

Anyone. We market specifically to builders, developers, real estate professionals, agents, and landowners.

How will you market or advertise the site?

We advertise in industry magazines and newspapers. We are also listed with the four major search engines on the web. We will also participate in direct mail campaigns.

Can a vacant lot or vacant land have a structure on it?

Yes, the marketing of the land should be for a building lot, development, or other land use.

How can I advertise on your website?

Rotating County or State banners can be purchased for $30/month for county and $50/month for state. The State banners are located at the top of the page and county banner are located on the side of the page. For county banners, you can select up to 20 counties in which you want your banner to appear. State banners show up any time a search is done in that state

How can I obtain a listing on your directory?

You can be posted on the Business Directory for $20 annually. You can select up to 5 categories and input company information, email address, and website.

Can I link my web site?

A link to your web site can be attached with the contact information when you post property.
