Just Lots is looking for commissioned sales reps all over the country to contact builders, developers, land owners and advertisers. The income opportunities are great and endless.

There are 5 ways to produce sales (also referred to as Postings).

• Individual lots – anyone with one residential or commercial building lot to sell. Potential sales through individuals, builders or investors, by owner, banks selling foreclosed lots.
• Multiple lots - this will primarily be a builder or developer who has multiple lots available in the same new or existing subdivision. Developments – are new subdivisions recently finished, under construction, or in the design, engineering or zoning phase.
• Land – anyone who has land for sale whether large tracts for subdivisions or commercial development, or single lots. Zoning and the availability of utilities is important details for these properties.
• Banner Advertising - banners can be purchase on a 6 month to 1 year basis. Approx 5-6 banners will be available for each county in each state. Potential sales are local banks, real estate attorneys, construction suppliers, builders and other contractors.
• Directory Listings - trade listing will be available for all construction trades including banks, suppliers, etc.

Commission Structure

20% commission on gross sales
